If you continue shopping in the Dr. Metalhead online store, it means that you are familiar with and agree with the entire general terms and conditions. Company Weblux reserves the right to change the conditions in the Dr. Metalhead online store. All changes are binding on customers, so we recommend that you regularly review the terms of business.

General terms and conditions of the online store and information about the provider

The general terms and conditions of the Dr. Metalhead online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). The Dr. Metalhead online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by Weblux, Klavdija Špolar s.p. hereinafter Dr. Metalhead / provider / store. The user is the person who uses our system, ie the customer in the online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile and password. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the Dr. Metalhead online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase, ie. placing an online order. When placing an order, the user is always reminded of the general terms and conditions and must confirm (tick) his knowledge of them before placing the order.

Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • company identity (company name and registered office, registration number);
  • contact addresses (e-mail, telephone);
  • the essential characteristics of the goods (including sales services and guarantees) and the period of validity of this information;
  • availability of products (each item offered on the website is available within a reasonable time);
  • terms of delivery of the product, including the method, place and deadline of delivery and conditions of execution of the service (product service);
  • all prices which are clearly and unambiguously fixed and which show whether they already include taxes, transport costs and other charges and the period of validity of this information;
  • the method of payment and delivery or completion and the period of validity of this information;
  • time validity of the offer (action, special offer, etc.);
  • the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot). In cases where the consumer
  • does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43.č ZVPot, he is explicitly informed;
  • an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any details of the contact person or customer service.

Types of users

With a one-time registration in the Dr. Metalhead online store via e-mail, the visitor becomes a member of the said online store. Thus, the member (hereinafter also the user) acquires the right to purchase in the Dr. Metalhead online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password that he determines. The username and password of a member of the Dr. Metalheadonline store are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. Registration is also possible during the purchase process. If the user wishes to change his e-mail address at any time later, he must send a request to [email protected] The change of e-mail address will be made on the same or the next working day at the latest, and the user will be notified by e-mail.

Ordering

Ordering takes place via the Internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer selects and orders the products available to him in the online store, classified into categories.
Ordering in our online store is safe and easy.
You can make a purchase in the Dr. Metalhead store in the following steps: select the product or products and add them to the cart, review the shopping cart, enter your invoice and delivery information, select the method of delivery and payment and confirm the order. We then deliver the selected goods to the selected address in the shortest possible time. Delivery is possible only within the Republic of Slovenia.
By clicking on the cart icon (in the form of a shopping cart) you can see the products in the cart and the partial amount of the order, which does not yet include the cost of delivery. By clicking on Show cart, you progress to the cart, where you can enter the discount code, if you have one, in the Coupon code field and click REDEASE COUPON. Clicking Continue to checkout takes you to the final step of Completing Your Purchase. Enter your data here or. information of the payer (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, street and house number, postal code, place and any notes of the order).
If you want a company account, check out SHOPPING AS A COMPANY at the beginning. Additional fields will open for you to enter your company name, tax number and confirmation whether you are a taxpayer.
If you may want delivery to a different address than the one you entered above, select Deliver to another address. Choose the method of delivery (Pošta Slovenije, DPD delivery service or personal collection at the company’s headquarters) and the method of payment (payment on delivery, payment by proforma invoice, payment via PayPal or payment by credit card). By checking the TERMS AND CONDITIONS box, you agree to the stated terms of use, and complete the purchase by clicking on the BUY NOW button.

After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the customer. About possible change of the order or cancellation, the buyer must notify the provider to the e-mail address [email protected], where he must also indicate the order number, which is stated in the electronic message of purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notification “Your Status Order has been accepted!”, Confirming receipt of the order in the queue. You typically receive an email notification within 5 minutes, but this may be extended due to different email client settings. The Dr. Metalhead Administration always has access to comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the website www.drmetalhead.com. The administration reviews the order and checks the status of the payment if the payment was selected by proforma invoice, via PayPal or by credit card. In these cases, the shipment is prepared and sent via the selected delivery service, when the transfer in the amount of the order confirmation is visible on our transaction.

After placing the order

Dr. Metalhead reserves the right to reject the order in the event that the item is no longer in stock or obviously incorrect prices, which may occur in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which we will notify you as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, verification of data or ensuring correct delivery, we can call you at the telephone number you entered when placing the order.
We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address or. prepared for personal collection. You will also be informed about this, we will send you the notification “Your {no. } the order is completed ”. In the event that you have ordered goods that, due to unforeseen reasons, cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address.
The Dr. Metalhead in the e-mail also informs the buyer about the policy of withdrawal from the contract, where he can turn in case of delay in delivery and where he can turn in case of complaint. SMS does not receive SMS messages that are a response to the notification on the preparation and dispatch of the shipment by the courier (DPD or Pošta Slovenija), so customers are asked not to reply to SMS messages, but to contact us via the listed contacts (info@ drmetalhead.com). si or 080 18 38).

In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, the seller must immediately notify the telephone number 080 18 38 or via e-mail to [email protected]. If the order is already shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment at the delivery service. In the case of personal collection (when the item is ready for collection), the buyer also notifies his wish to cancel the order via the above-mentioned telephone number or e-mail address.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (completes the purchase). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Prices are valid until changed and the provider can change them without prior notice. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will notify the buyer. The bidder will do its best in any case to provide the buyer with a lower price or. offer an appropriate solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.

Otherwise, Dr. Metalhead reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract and returns the paid purchase price to the customer. The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic message on the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server www.drmetalhead.com and is accessible to the buyer. Contracts on the website www.drmetalhead.com are concluded only in the Slovenian language.
Company Weblux is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typographical and other) in connection with the price of items. In the event of any errors, the customer will be notified.

In case you want to place a phone order, call us on 080 18 38 during store opening hours, which can be found on the website. When ordering by phone, we will need the same information as when ordering online. When ordering by phone, you can choose to pay exclusively by cash on delivery or by proforma invoice.

Methods of payment

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • Credit card payments are made through the Braintree payment system, which is owned by PayPal. Card information is not recorded on the company’s server, so your security is 100% guaranteed. Braintree ensures maximum transaction security. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Payment can be made with MasterCard and Visa cards.
  • Payment via PayPal or by credit card via the PayPal online system. PayPal is considered one of the most secure payment systems in the world.

* The order is processed after receiving payment on the company’s transaction account, so delivery is delayed by at least one (1) business day.

Issuance of invoice

Upon delivery of the ordered items, the Dr. Metalhead sends the customer an invoice in printed form (attached in the shipment). The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account. Due to the different rounding of decimals in the program of the online store Woo Commerce and in the program of the cash register, minimal deviations may appear on the invoice when displaying the discount.

Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless the website explicitly states otherwise. A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which a presented product is sold for a definite or indefinite period of time. All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include shipping costs. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above methods of payment under the above conditions. Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during order processing, Weblux allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase. Discounts and coupons are generally not aggregated, unless otherwise stated. Special offers and discounts do not apply to spare parts and service.

Promotions and discounts

Special prices and discounts do not apply to spare parts and service. Customers who have a fixed regular rebate cannot claim an additional discount on the regular rebate.

Credit cards

In the case of credit card payments, the following conditions also apply:

  • The payer (user account information) must be the same person or organization as the payment or credit card holder.
  • In the event that the data of the payer on the account and the person on the payment or credit card do not match, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order.
  • After confirming the receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or. the final amount of the contract, except exceptionally with the approval of the tenderer.

Discount codes

The discount code or promotional code brings various benefits when purchasing through the Dr. Metalhead online store. You can find the active code on the title page of the advertising message, in the e-mail of the Dr. Metalhead online store or in other media. The code is always limited in time and must be redeemed within a certain time, otherwise it is invalid. In the event that the customer uses the discount code, or later cancels the order with the used code of his own volition, he is no longer entitled to a new benefit from this code.
Discount codes do not add up and do not apply to products on sale, unless otherwise stated.

Use a discount code

Select the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. The value of your order must be at least € 1 higher than the value of the discount code. When you have finished adding items to the cart, continue by clicking the Continue to Checkout button. Enter personal information and delivery address, and select a delivery and payment method.
In the same step, click on the Coupon Code field and enter the discount code. Confirm the entry by clicking on the Redeem Coupon button. In case you want to take advantage of several discount codes at the same time, simply repeat the process.

When you enter discount codes, the value of the discount codes is automatically deducted from the price of your order. The amount that still needs to be paid remains.
The discount code can also be a one-time code, which means you can only use it once.

A combination of different forms of benefits (discount code, product discount, etc.) within the same order is in principle not possible.

Free gift

When implementing the promotional benefit “free gift”, everyone who meets the stated conditions is entitled to the gift – the conditions are stated in the promotional materials that advertise the free gift. It is not possible to exchange gifts for cash or another product.

Delivery and dispatch of goods

Delivery of goods is possible only within the Republic of Slovenia. Dr. Metalhead undertakes that the ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible, but no later than within seven (7) working days. You choose the delivery method at the end of the purchase: Pošta Slovenije, DPD delivery service or personal collection at the company’s headquarters. Delivery costs are € 2.90, except for personal collection. If the value of the purchase is over € 59, the delivery costs are covered by the Weblux company.

Additional note: When choosing payment After collection, Pošta Slovenije charges a commission for the payment of the UPN form according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije € 1.05 or 1.07% of the redemption value if its value is between € 98 and € 501. DPD delivery service does not charge additional costs.

Cancel order

The placed order can be canceled by the user without additional costs until the receipt of the electronic message on the shipment of goods. Order cancellation can only be done at [email protected] Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:

  • order number,
  • name and surname of the buyer,
  • customer address.

In case of non-delivery of products from the order, the bidder reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer does not respond to the bidder’s message. Prior to that, the bidder will inform the customer by phone (via the phone number specified in the order) and / or by e-mail. In the event that the customer does not respond within ten (10) working days, the bidder may cancel the submitted order. Customers who have previously paid for the order via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card will be refunded within five (5) business days of canceling the order to the agreed transaction account.

Security of purchase

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, the provider uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the provider’s server.

Protection of personal data

Company Dr. Metalhead undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and ZVOP-1. All detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the section Privacy Statement. The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the personal trader with his personal data in the correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader about the change of his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the personal data provided by him are correct.
